Having already gone through the steps to get your log in the online parser you will get a result similar to this...
You can igmore all the extra crap in my browser window and focus on the contents... As you can see there is a legend at the top that will help you filter out the stuff that is definitely ok. We have to filter out the good stuff so we can focus on the bad.
I would start by keeping both Hijack This! & Your web browser open and using <Alt> + <Tab> to switch back and forth. Alternately you could resize the windows so they fit side by side to work with them. Continue to the next page.
