You may want to check the box before you actually say ok here...

Personally I skipped the registration backup step but you may want to do it just in case...
To do so... Click on the big button "Create registry backup"... Then (or otherwise) click Next...

Next you are prompted to get all updates...
When you click "Search for updates" after it finds them it makes it possible to click "Download all available updates" which you should!
After completed you can click Next...

Immunize the system helps actively protect against new attacks...
When completed click Next...

Next you can do any of the following, but AT LEAST start using the program...
